Free recovery audit · step 1 of 1

Send the logs.

Three ways to get us your last 90 days, in order of how little work they are for you. Pick whichever one fits. There is no application here and nothing to sign — this asks less than the phone test did, not more.

Option 1 · the no-work option

Connect your phone system and we pull the history ourselves.

This is being built now and is not available yet. We are not going to put a button here that does nothing. Until it is genuinely live, the export below is the working path — and it takes about two minutes.

Option 2 · send the export

Send your last 90 days of call logs.

Not sure how to export it? The step-by-step for your system is on the audit page. If some columns are missing, send it anyway — we will tell you what we can and cannot measure from what you have, in writing, before doing anything else.

A call log is timestamps and durations. We are not asking for invoices, revenue, bank records, card data, or customer names. If your export happens to include a customer name column, delete it before you send it — the audit does not use it.

Free. No commitment. The report is yours to keep either way.

What happens next

  1. We read what you sent and confirm, in writing, what it can and cannot measure.
  2. You get a written report built entirely from your own 90 days: unanswered call volume, your callback rate, your callback speed, and what that pattern is worth at your own ticket sizes.
  3. The report is yours. Whether you go further is a separate decision, made after you have read it.

This audit is a baseline. It documents what your business did over your own prior 90 days, and any later change is measured against that history — never an industry average, never someone else’s case study. A baseline comparison is not a causal claim, and this report will never say that it is.
